ANGER OF BACTERIA
Stop to Sorrow. LP
Ruin Nation Records • BOLLOX 001
Year: 1996
LP • OUT OF PRINT
First Label Release of Ruin Nation Records and full lengh debut of ANGER OF BACTERIA (AOB) from Northern Germany. Full throttle energy Political Punk/HC crossing over boundaries of classic punk rock, crust, metal and even dub bits.
AOB exist from 1993 to 2002 and toured the hell out of their rusty transit and where one of the more active German Bands during this time. Tours in Holland, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Rep, Poland with JUGGLING JUGULARS from Finland and WORLD CHAOS from Germany as well as nummerous other bands.
AOB didn´t care about muiscally cliché and had a very old school stance that relect on artwork and song structures.
Reviews...
Vom Coverartwork her bleiben jedenfalls keine Fragen bezüglich des gebotenen Musikstils offen: Crust as crust can, aber mit Niveau. (Joachim Hiller) " - OX-FANZINE # 28
" This is pretty good stuff. Really covering a lot of important political issues. Musically, they definately know what they're doing. It's mid paced and not exactly raging, but it's punk and will never even come close to touching somthing close to melodic. These folks are from Germany yet sing in English, which for me personally is nice 'cause I can understand what he's saying. (duke) " - PROFANE EXISTENCE # 33
