With a solid foundation of heavy, pounding drums, dark, driving riffage, and an overall evil/scary ambience, the disc also includes some interesting moments of melody, gothicness, weird ocal and guitar effects, and straight-up punk rock (...) I decided to jump on the release wagon of this fine piece of Polish Crustpunk from the mid nineties by surprise and on a small level with 1/3 of the total Pressing. INFEKCJA along with HOMOMILITIA can be called the frontline of ninties polish crustcore. A heavy Swedish influence compared with the passion of polish rapid guitars, gut wrentching vocals and pounding drums..., a strong DOOM feeling included. This recording is taken from their original Debut "Demo Tape" from the early nineties and was remastered by Smok (Post Regiment) and comes in a beautiful made cardboard sleeve including lyrix, translations and plenty of artwork. In a nutshell...

Ruin Nation Records exists since 1993 in various froms and is still a total DIY "not for profit" shoestring operation with the only aim to set a alternative lifestyle, inspiration and information before blind consumerism. - DO NOT expect all the trendy new and "Cool" Records from the sheer endless range of D Beat thrash or even more worse and boring artificial "Neo Crust" Bands here in the distro as i concentrate the programm much more on stuff that I (!) like and think it´s worth to have... - You can, and please do.., ALWAYS ask if we would like to Distribute your stuff, Trade etc... but keep in mind what Ruin Nation is about. A strong anarchist Punk purpose that goes far further than a musically outlet for Legions of bands who maybe rock out but haven´t anything to offer...

The major part of Work is done by one single person with occasionally help from friends. This person is me and i´m involved in plenty of Projects, such as Bands, Collectives, Concerts and doing Artwork and Layout Construction for Political Publications or Vinyl and CD packages. In no way i see Ruin Nation as my job nor call of duty. It´s a part of my Life within a growing alternative... or, better... it´s my way of dealing with clichés?

This Website is online since November 2005 now and there has been alot of changings within the catalogue and also layout wise. We still have to deal with a low level DIY database that makes it not really easy to keep in updated and clear out "Sold Out" items. Jan and me improve our computer skills more and more and it shouldn´t take that much time to have it proper running here. • Thanx alot to all the people who send in orders and comments and all the nice thoughts and help in general.

There are much more Books available now, which was one of the decissions i made as i restart the Distro... Punk is more than Music, and there are plenty of inspiring things to learn if we will survive in "our" alternative culture or even making and step in that direction.

I try to include my own discriptions when i have the time and inspiration to do it. It´s hard at the moment to take care of it and i really despise including reviews that are not mine, but deal with it, even for a while and if it´s really not compared with my thoughts i will let you know! honestly...
