How to order from this Website?
- You find a list calculation of the items and sutotal price of your ordered goods in the top navigation frame right corner. Click on the VIEW CART button to proceed to check out or view a detailed list of the stuff you would like to order.
- You can change the quanteties of the items you order on the "cart page" using the " +/- " Function, or delete the whole Item with a click on "DELETE"
- Please check your order if everything is correct. Click the "CHECKOUT" Button and choose the Postage for your Order and Country within the "DROP DOWN" Menue. - Then fill out your address details correctly. Click on "CONTINIUE". You now have a TOTAL of your order including Postage. Please let us know about the payment method, double check everything. Read this order conditions and Press the "SEND" Button. Usually when i´m in the office you get an reply very soon within a few hours. If you didn´t hear back after 3 days, i may please get in touch by Email.
Postage & Shipping:
- All prices listed on the Website Catalogue are WITHOUT Postage ! The Postage depends on the total weight of your Order.
- The cart is automaticly adding the weight of the single items to a TOTAL WEIGHT when checking out so you only need to choose the correct postage. To have a view over the difference in weight classes here's a shedule to check out what shipping costs to choose and how you can calculate your total weights:

- We deal with various Freight companies such as DHL and HERMES to get the best, cheapest and most secure deal for you. In all cases it´s very useful to include your Telephon Number along the address details, in case they can't find your House or you're not at home etc...
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Shipments up to 2 KG / 2000g. are usually NOT SECURED and NOT REGISTERED ! In case you want to make sure that the shipment arrieves at your home sure and secure you may have to inform us and let us know to send the box as Registered Parcel. This need at least a 2.00 EURO fee on top of the postage. At the moment ...

How can i Pay?
- Orders have to be paid in advance, mean CASH UPFRONT! - unless we know you very good! For long term customers and friends theres a 14 day Invoice possible. But ask first!

We are not Responsible for Lost and Stolen Mail / Cash if your Letter was not Registered!
- NO MORE CHEQUES! NO MORE C.O.D. Way too much shit and rip offs happend with that and Boxes got returned to us for being not paid etc... Sorry but i think freight costs are expensive enough to agree and we're really trusty folx too.
- Orders are usually shipped within 3 days after received payment. If you think you wait too long. Email.
Ordering Guidelines and Fineprint:
- Please try to give us plenty of ALTERNATIVES, especially when you pay via Cash or Bank Transfers. Sometimes stuff solds out pretty fast and needs to be restocked! To have alternative choices would speed up the ordering process alot! Otherwise we REFUND you the money for Sold Out titles!
- Please check if your address and contact details are correct! In case of a incorrect address information we are not responsible if you don´t hear back from us or don´t receive your shipment!!!
- If shipments are returned to us because of wrong or incorrect address information, you have to pay either the shipping costs for the return and a new dispatch or the transmission costs to refund you. - If the freight company is responsible for this please let us know so we can charge them for this and we´re happy on both sides again :) - If it was our fault we will resend it to our own costs!
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail! As written above, shipments from under and up to 2 kg are NOT Secured or registered! Please let us know if you want to have your shipment registred and add a 2 EURO on top of the order... Unsecured Shipments also VOID all original PAYPAL order conditions and terms from the PAYPAL Website! You will receive NO REFUNDS if your order wasn´t registered!
- Please let us know immediately if you receive your box or records in a bad condition and ask the postman why it is in such a bad condition or shape. You have to claim this directly at your door before the postman hands it over to you. We usually pack it up very safe and secure but you never know how they treat it during dispatches.
- Generally: If something is odd, wrong or not quite as you wish. PLEASE STAY CALM and be Patience! Send us a Email and wait... - RUIN NATION is a total DIY shoestring operating Mailorder service that does not claim any profits and we all do it because we love to do our part in a Independent self organised scene.
