Delivery Times and order Dispatch?

This is impossible to say. Usually it takes 24 - 48 hours (2 Business days) to receive the Invoice information and bank connection.

Paid orders are usually shipped within 2 - 3 days after received payment as long we have everything in Stock. The Normal case is 3 working days but in single cases it can take up to a week or more if we have to restock and backorder... let me know if thats not ok.

Freight Company picks up Parcels and Shipments 2 - 3 time per week. Delivery and Dispatch Times are different from Freight Company to Freight company. please allow in a worse case up to 14 Days maximum for Europe and 4 Weeks to the rest of the World.

In all cases mentioned above please remember: This Mailorder is run by one person with occasional help from friends. I "Mail" what you "order" but sometimes i'm very busy, sometimes i'm on vacation, sometimes i'm on tour, sometimes i feel sick (!), sometimes i just can't be bothered. In any way; i try to sort out your requests and orders on the fastes way possible. Thanks.

Ordering Guidelines and Fineprint:

  • Please try to give us plenty of ALTERNATIVES, especially when you pay via Cash or Bank Transfers. Sometimes stuff solds out pretty fast and needs to be restocked! To have alternative choices would speed up the ordering process alot! Otherwise we REFUND you the money for Sold Out titles!
  • Please check if your address and contact details are correct! In case of a incorrect address information we are not responsible if you don´t hear back from us or don´t receive your shipment!!!.
  • If shipments are returned to us because of wrong or incorrect address information, you have to pay either the shipping costs for the return and a new dispatch or the transmission costs to refund you. - If the freight company is responsible for this please let us know so we can charge them for this and we´re happy on both sides again :) - If it was our fault we will resend it to our own costs!
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail! All Shipments are registered, if you want an extra service like "Valuable Shipping" etc get in touch.
  • Please let us know immediately if you receive your box or records in a bad condition and ask the postman why it is in such a bad condition or shape. You have to claim this directly at your door before the postman hands it over to you. We usually pack it up very safe and secure but you never know how they treat it during dispatches.
  • Generally: If something is odd, wrong or not quite as you wish. PLEASE STAY CALM and be Patience! Send us a Email and wait... - thank you.
